Mental Health Counseling Intern
Healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create that safe space for every person I work with!
Personal Approach
I integrate multiple therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, with a primary focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and psychoanalytical approaches. I focus on emotional awareness, goal setting, and insight within the client to support them through their personal journeys.
Professional Background
I’ve worked in various mental health settings, including as a psychological technician at a psychiatric treatment center and as a front desk staff at a Nashville mental health clinic. I earned my undergraduate degree in Cognitive Science from Vanderbilt University and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University.
