“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.” — Brené Brown
Personal Approach
I create a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can bring their full selves. My approach is collaborative, cultural, and trauma-informed, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. I draw from CBT, DBT, and emotion focused approaches to help clients build insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also integrating empathy, authenticity, and compassion to guide the healing process.
Professional Background
I have clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in supporting clients navigating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship or identity-related distress. In my work with couples, I use Attachment Theory and the Gottman Method to strengthen communication and deepen connection. I value helping clients build skills to feel more confident, understood, and empowered.
