Humantold Psychotherapy Group Workshops
Being a human is hard work, and no one is meant to do it alone. Humantold psychotherapy offer Group Workshops for individuals looking to share their personal struggles and experiences with like-minded people in a supportive environment that is guided by a professional therapist. These workshops cultivate connection, empathy, and emotional support through group learning around a specific topic. Together, attendees learn new skills that help them navigate the human condition.
Group workshops are free. If you would like to contribute to our ongoing work, donations will be accepted.
You may sign up for just one group workshop or the whole series. If you miss the first week of a series, you are still welcome to attend the following weeks.

Navigating Grief
Monday Danah AlGhamdiTime: 2:00 pmThis four-week therapeutic group offers a compassionate space for individuals processing grief in all its forms—whether from the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life transition. Grief can feel disorienting, isolating, and unpredictable, and healing becomes more accessible in community. Through reflective discussion, grounding exercises, psychoeducation, and guided meaning-making, participants will explore the emotional, physical, and relational dimensions of grief. The group supports members in understanding their grief responses, developing coping strategies, acknowledging complex or ambivalent emotions, nurturing self-compassion, and building connection as they navigate life after loss.
