Humantold Psychotherapy Group Workshops
Being a human is hard work, and no one is meant to do it alone. Humantold psychotherapy offer Group Workshops for individuals looking to share their personal struggles and experiences with like-minded people in a supportive environment that is guided by a professional therapist. These workshops cultivate connection, empathy, and emotional support through group learning around a specific topic. Together, attendees learn new skills that help them navigate the human condition.
Group workshops are free. If you would like to contribute to our ongoing work, donations will be accepted.
You may sign up for just one group workshop or the whole series. If you miss the first week of a series, you are still welcome to attend the following weeks.

Creative Art Women Support Group
Tuesdays Emily Cowling Charlette YanTime: 2:00 pmThis is a supportive and empowering space for women to come together, share openly, and connect deeply. Using various creative exercises, we will explore our self-perceptions, body image, menstruation, women issues, as well as reclaim our own narratives. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore, create, and share within a community of women. Please bring some basic drawing materials (oil pastels, colored pencils, crayons, markers, papers, or ipad and any other preferred art materials).
