I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. Using an integrative approach grounded in psychodynamic, person-centered, and behavioral methods, I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals. I view therapy as a collaborative journey and am committed to meeting you where you are as we work together toward meaningful growth.
I am a Master’s student in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. My professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds through educational, clinical, and research settings. I also volunteered with Crisis Textline, ensuring the safety of individuals in crisis. These experiences have strengthened my ability to build rapport, communicate with empathy, and provide culturally responsive, client-centered support.
