I utilize a person-centered strengths-based approach when working with my clients, ensuring that I meet them where they’re at. Additionally, I draw from psychodynamic, behavioral, and trauma-focused modalities to inform my practice. Ultimately, I tailor my approach to each individual I work with and collaborate with them so we can achieve their goals.
I have extensive experience working young women in a collegiate setting, serving as a peer to talk through anxiety, depression, and sexual assault. Additionally, I assisted with research in suicide prevention interventions and have a great understanding of existing literature in the field.
