I believe that the heart of therapy lies in the connection we build together. When you work with me, I take the time to understand your history, cultural background, and the key moments that have shaped you. Together, we’ll create sessions filled with support, laughter, and reflection, empowering you to create a life that reflects your truest self.
I've always had an innate interest in deeply understanding people. My diverse experience spans private practices, suicide hotlines, inpatient hospitals, and schools, which has allowed me to work with a wide range of populations. These experiences have only deepened my dedication to delivering trauma-informed and thoughtfully tailored care.
