I work to help clients gain awareness of their self-concept and how they experience the world. Through integrative approaches, clients learn new ways of thinking that promote mental well-being. By developing insight into themselves, clients gain self-confidence, the ability to show up in their relationships, and the capacity to make change toward creating a fulfilling life.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients of varying ages and backgrounds. I have worked with clients suffering from an array of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, and suicidality. I support individuals, couples, and families in confronting their challenges and help them make positive changes within themselves.
