In session, I meet you where you are. I listen closely because feeling truly heard matters. With genuine curiosity, I take time to understand you as a whole person. I aim to offer a space where you feel seen, not judged or rushed. Therapy isn’t about being perfect, but about moving toward your authentic self through connection, collaboration, and growth.
I have a strong passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community and experience supporting clients across a range of gender identities and sexual orientations, including trans and nonbinary individuals. My clinical work includes substance use, OCD, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I approach therapy with empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey.
