Just as we are drawn to eat food or drink water, I believe humans have a natural desire to make sense of the world through storytelling. Whether it’s done through therapy, art, prayer, meditation, or simply talking with loved ones, we all need space for nonjudgemental self-reflection and expression. I would be honored to help you tell your story and live your most fulfilling life!
I am a counselor-in-training with more than 6 years of experience working with individuals age 13 to 95 across settings like public high schools, private universities, inpatient hospitals, and telehealth. I am particularly prepared to work with the LGBTQ+ community, folks who use substances, and individuals with neurological conditions like traumatic brain injury or dementia, plus their caregivers.
