I see therapy as a collaborative space for growth, understanding, and change. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic and relational perspectives, but most importantly, it is tailored to you. I am in this process with you, creating a safe space with warmth, curiosity, and honesty. Whether we are sitting with what feels hard or exploring deeper, we take it one step at a time.
I am a Master’s student in Mental Health Counseling at NYU, where I am developing my clinical skills through training in psychodynamic, relational, and evidence-based approaches. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and diverse populations through research and educational settings. I am particularly interested in supporting clients as they navigate relationships, identity, and life transitions.
