I know therapy can feel intimidating but I’m glad you’re here. My approach to therapy includes meeting you where you are and building a trusting, non-judgmental environment for you to explore and truly be your authentic self. I approach each individual with genuine care, curiosity, and empathy. I utilize an eclectic approach, drawing from multiple techniques to tailor your treatment to fit your individual needs.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I support individuals learning to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, emotion regulation, self-esteem, relationship issues, sexuality, and intimacy. Utilizing person-centered and evidence-based practices, we will work together to explore your identity, and identify and challenge learned patterns that no longer align with who you are and want to be.
