Using CBT, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, we’ll explore your experiences, emotions, and behavioral patterns while developing skills tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you build self-awareness and confidence, navigate challenges with personalized strategies, and feel empowered to shape your own path throughout our work together.
My experience includes working as a behavioral interventionist, peer mentor, and recovery coach supporting individuals with eating disorders. Through these roles, I've learned the importance of building genuine connections and understanding each person's background. These experiences shaped my interest in working with people from different walks of life and approaching each individual with compassion and an understanding of how their intersecting identities shape their experiences.
