I believe therapy is a collaborative journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices while valuing mindfulness, self-compassion, and relational depth. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel seen and heard. By exploring patterns, emotions, and inner dynamics, I help clients build awareness, resilience, and meaningful connections in their lives.
I am a therapist with experience working in community, performing-arts school, and private practice settings. I hold dual master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. My clinical work includes supporting individuals and couples using an integrative approach, incorporating CBT, IFS, and the Gottman Method to address anxiety, depression, trauma, personal growth, and relationship challenges.
