I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to meet your unique needs, goals, and aspirations. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as CBT, REBT, and a person-centered framework. l also use a Positive Confrontational style, where I gently challenge negative perceptions, limiting beliefs, and automatic thought patterns to help you build resilience and achieve personal growth.
I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, addressing depression, anxiety, substance use, chronic pain, and relationship challenges. I support partners navigating communication, trust, intimacy, and conflict resolution to build stronger relationships. As a gender-affirming therapist, I help LGBTQ+ clients navigate trauma, relationships, and self-identity. My approach fosters a collaborative, inclusive space to explore experiences and create lasting change.
