Feeling truly understood is at the heart of our therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space that is grounded in validation and genuine acceptance, while also offering honest and growth-oriented directness when it’s helpful. The trust will grow naturally between us, then new insights start to unfold. Together, we’ll build a blueprint that reflects who you are and what matters most.
My clinical experience includes working with children and adults in various settings, including research labs, community-based site, and private practice. I support clients navigating concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and trauma. My work is grounded in an integrative approach that draws from emotion-focused and person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic perspectives, to help clients make sense of their experiences and move toward meaningful change.
