My approach draws from various client-centered therapies to create individualized and unique therapy experiences, encouraging clients to explore their strengths and potential. I integrate Humanistic and Existential perspectives, along with evidence-based practices, to meet clients where they are and promote healing, acceptance, and growth. I believe that creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment fosters trust, confidence, and awareness, which can inspire meaningful change.
I have experience working with individuals across various life stages and from diverse cultural backgrounds, upbringings, and beliefs. In my previous role, I provided therapy in both group and individual settings at an integrated substance abuse and mental health outpatient facility. Currently, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use, relationship stressors, life changes, and intrapersonal conflicts.
