I am dedicated to creating a safe therapeutic space where clients feel safe to be vulnerable and authentic. With warmth and empathy, I act as a guide in each client’s journey to pursuing a present and fulfilling life. I tailor my approach individually, integrating feminist theory, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
With a background in dance, I believe that our minds and bodies are connected and feel passionate about incorporating somatic principles into my work. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals and have experience with clients navigating life transitions, early childhood trauma, and creating healthy boundaries.
