I maintain a warm, nonjudgmental space and utilize an integrative approach informed by person-centered, relational, strength-based and cognitive behavioral principles. Within the context of a strong therapeutic relationship, I help individuals identify barriers to overall wellbeing and cultivate meaningful change in their lives.
My clinical focus includes working with adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, and perfectionist tendencies. I incorporate person-centered, relational, CBT, and attachment-based approaches in my practice. Prior to receiving my M.A., I was a senior account executive at a strategic communications firm, which informs my work with individuals struggling with stress management, work-life balance, and career uncertainty.
