Therapy is a place for you to feel seen, heard, and understood. It’s a collaborative process where I provide a compassionate, nonjudgemental, and culturally inclusive space for you to share your story and explore your authentic self. Grounded in psychodynamic, behavioral, and relational perspectives, I take an integrative and personalized approach to best meet your needs. Together, we’ll work toward your healing, growth, and empowerment.
I’m a counselor-in-training pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. Drawing from my lived experiences of intersectional identities and cultural humility, I’m developing and practicing clinical skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to diverse communities. My research and work experiences in developmental, cognitive, and health psychologies also help me guide you through challenges and tailor best care for you.
