Book Fiona
I view therapy as a collaborative process in which reflection, understanding, and meaningful change can unfold. I take an integrative approach that draws from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and multicultural perspectives. Together, we will explore emotions and challenges while fostering self-awareness and resilience. My goal is to help you process experiences authentically and work toward growth in a way that honors your unique story and goals.
I am a graduate student in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. I have had the privilege of supporting diverse clients across community, hospital, and research settings. My work has focused on concerns such as anxiety, depression, identity, cultural issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong commitment to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

Education

Ed.M. in Mental Health Counseling, Teachers College, Columbia University M.A. in Psychological Counseling, Teachers College, Columbia University B.A. in Psychology, Barnard College
