I tailor each therapeutic relationship to honor your unique culture, background, identity, and experiences. Rooted in person-centered and psychodynamic approaches, I work collaboratively to support your growth toward authenticity and fulfillment. My style is dynamic and adaptable, helping you explore what tools and ways of working feel most effective and empowering for you.
I bring experience from clinical hospital settings, where I supported patients and families through clinical trials, intake, and care coordination. I’ve advocated for more patient-centered systems and offered space for those needing to be heard. In my training, I continue to grow my therapeutic presence by collaborating with peers, mentors, and clients to meet people where they are with empathy and care.

Education

Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling, Teachers College, Columbia University B.A in Biological Sciences with a minor in East Asian Language and Culture, Wellesley College
