Feeling listened to and understood can be transformative. I strive to create a warm, affirming space where you feel supported and accepted, without judgment or expectation. Together, we can explore what feels difficult and navigate challenges at your own pace. Therapy is not about fixing you; it’s about getting to know yourself, growing, and finding your own way forward.
I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and identity-related concerns, and trauma. My clinical experience includes supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, community mental health, and psychological research exploring the effects of social media. I draw from person-centered, psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to meet each client’s unique needs.

Ed.M. in Mental Health Counseling, Teachers College, Columbia University (in progress) B.A. in Psychology, Washington University in St. Louis
