My therapeutic approach is person-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices such as DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I also embrace a holistic perspective, drawing from logotherapy to explore meaning and purpose. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive space - one that is flexible, nonjudgmental, and even open to humor - where we walk together toward growth, clarity, and deeper connection with yourself.
I'm a bilingual therapist and an immigrant myself, which allows me to deeply understand cultural diversity and the process of acculturation. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, trauma, neurodiverse experiences, relationship and sexual concerns, and overall emotional struggles. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in evidence-based practices that foster resilience, healing, and personal growth.
