Therapy is about relationship building, vulnerability, and ultimately being known. This process can be anxiety-provoking, and my goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to be yourself, and get the support that you need and deserve. I take an eclectic approach to counseling that draws on Person-Centered and Psychodynamic therapies, while incorporating Multicultural, Feminist and Cognitive Behavioral therapies.
I have experience working as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a range of individuals and couples through a spectrum of life's challenges including grief, complex trauma and life transitions. I am passionate about healing emotional pain through building a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach to therapy is based on listening, empathy and creating safety to explore your emotions and experiences without judgement.
