Having lived between cultures, I understand what it’s like to feel split—to belong everywhere and nowhere at once. My work explores how relationships, culture, emotions, and survival strategies shape who you are. I don’t shy away from the messy or uncomfortable. Together, we’ll uncover what feels stuck and empower what’s ready to emerge—so you can move through the world with more freedom, connection, and self-trust.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, oppression, life transitions, identity and relationship challenges. My approach is rooted in cultural humility, social justice, and truly seeing you beyond a diagnosis. I’ve supported folks in hospitals, housing programs, and ACT team. I strive to create a space where those who’ve felt out of place can finally feel they belong.
