My clinical approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in person-centered, humanistic, attachment-based, and psychodynamic frameworks. I believe people are naturally oriented toward growth when met with the right support and understanding. I am drawn to exploring the underlying needs, fears, and past experiences that shape how clients feel, relate, and cope, helping them process what has gone emotionally undigested and move toward healthier, more intentional ways of living.
I have worked as a therapist in private practice, supporting adult clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Prior to my clinical training, I spent three years at Weill Cornell Medicine's Emotion, Cognition, and Psychotherapy Laboratory, conducting psychotherapy research with vulnerable populations across a range of presenting concerns.
