My therapy approach is integrative utilizing person-centered, strength-based, mindfulness, and relational methods. As a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I appreciate the strengths of each individual and am committed to fostering a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative space in which to empower my clients to uncover their most authentic selves.
With experience providing community-based disability and mental health support, I now support clients in private practice navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationships. This experience has deepened my compassionate understanding of the importance of mental health and the role of human connection, kindness, and humor in improving lives.
