My counseling objective is to create an environment of radical acceptance and genuine curiosity, fostering trust and a sense of hope. I employ evidence-based approaches to ensure treatment is personally tailored and culturally informed. I integrate tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic theory, and other therapeutic methods to help clients build the life they desire.
I have clinical experience as a peer counselor for young adults and in implementing a suicide prevention program for adolescent girls. In these roles, I supported individuals with anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, and Eating Disorders. While my primary focus has been adolescents and young adults, I am passionate about supporting people of all ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns.

Education

MS.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling, Fordham University B.S in Applied Psychology, New York University
