I approach therapy from a trauma-informed lens because it requires honoring the novelty of each person's experience. No two traumas are alike, and cookie-cutter solutions rarely help. I aid clients in sharing their unique stories in a judgment-free, collaborative space, tailoring strategies with a focus on empowerment, empathy, and flexibility.
I am a mental health professional specializing in trauma, with a focus on relational and interpersonal trauma. I hold dual master’s degrees in Forensic Mental Health Counseling and Applied Psychology, and I'm certified in Victimology Services. I am trained in EMDR and have been utilizing multi-faceted, trauma-informed therapeutic modalities to provide individualized care to clients of diverse identities and experiences for the past year.
