My therapeutic approach integrates CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring techniques to each client’s needs. I focus on building a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and develop skills for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth, adjusting methods as our work progresses.
I was fortunate enough to spend time throughout my graduate experience working in a community clinical setting with children and their families to provide psychoeducation and coping skills for mental health diagnoses in children as well as working with the parents in developing ways to promote productive practices in the home to improve their family dynamics
