As a therapist, my focus is helping clients gain self-awareness to lead more fulfilling lives. I believe cultivating a warm therapeutic bond is the foundation for client growth. Primarily, I help those with trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges become their better selves. I implement a blend of psychodynamic, relational, and DBT approaches to assist clients in healing traumas, regulating emotions, and navigating life challenges.
My practice is influenced by my trauma-informed training, where safety and trust are established within our first session together. Previously working in an acute psychiatric hospital, I have had the privilege to advocate for, and support, diverse populations. Working with me, you can better understand yourself in relation to your lived experiences, your environments, and your interpersonal relationships to foster a more meaningful life.
