“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.” — Fred Rogers
Personal Approach
I utilize an eclectic style that adapts to the unique needs of each client to meet their concerns, expectations, and goals. With an integration of person-centered, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches, I like to bring thoughtfulness, compassion, and humor when spending time with clients. I provide a space that feels safe, inspiring, empowering, and dare I say fun. I aim to make therapy an autonomous and collaborative experience, incorporating my clients’ core values and beliefs with clinical expertise to achieve their wellness goals.
Professional Background
I have experience working in various clinical settings with culturally diverse populations of children, adolescents, and adults. Supporting individuals with various diagnoses, including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, substance use disorders, and ADHD.
