Mental Health Counseling Intern
Therapy is not about having all the answers, instead it’s about having a space where you can be real, ask questions, and feel supported as you figure it out.
Personal Approach
I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach integrates person-centered values with CBT and mindfulness-based techniques. I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and feel empowered to move through life with confidence and self-compassion.
Professional Background
With experience across clinical, community, and administrative settings, I’ve supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about mental health education, prevention, and culturally responsive care. My work reflects deep commitment to emotional wellness, and I strive to help each client feel grounded, empowered, and capable of growth in a way that feels real and sustainable.
