Grounded in person-centered, psychodynamic, and relational-cultural approaches, I create a warm, collaborative space where you feel seen and welcomed without judgment. I approach our work with curiosity and care, honoring the complexity of your lived experiences – shaped by culture, identity, relationships, and the world around you. I believe growth takes many forms and emphasize self-compassion and kindness as part of your personal journey.
I’ve supported clients managing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relational challenges, and life transitions, as well as those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. In roles across care coordination and therapeutic settings, I’ve collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized mental health plans. These experiences inform my commitment to culturally responsive care that emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and respecting each client’s unique context.

Education
