Mental Health Counseling Intern
“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” – Brené Brown
Personal Approach
I approach therapy with warmth, openness, and curiosity. I value the therapeutic relationship and use an integrative lens rooted in psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work. I aim to support clients in reconnecting with themselves, honoring their lived experiences, and building tools to regulate and thrive. I believe healing is not linear, and I strive to walk alongside clients with compassion and respect.
Professional Background
I am a psychotherapist intern and MSW candidate at Columbia University. I have a background in yoga, trauma-informed care, and research on families and healing modalities. My experience includes working with children, adults, and neurodiverse populations. I also teach Hatha and restorative yoga, integrating somatic therapy into my work. I am passionate about accessible, culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique story.
