Personal Approach
As an EFT therapist, I create a safe, compassionate space where emotions can be explored and understood. By focusing on emotions and patterns, I guide individuals and couples toward greater awareness, healing, and lasting change. My goal is to empower you with the tools to create meaningful, authentic connections.
