"Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer." R.M. Rilke
Personal Approach
I offer warm, collaborative therapy that focuses on strengths to empower clients through life’s challenges. Using evidence-based CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, managing strong emotions, and transitions. I also support those facing uncertainty or feeling stuck in various life domains, creating a safe space for exploration. Together, we take steps toward healing at your pace.
Professional Background
I am an experienced mental health coach and counselor-in-training, with a background in emotional wellness, career transitions, and forensic investigations. Currently, I coach clients on mental health and workplace challenges using evidence-based methods, while pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. Previously, I managed investigations and led teams in the financial services sector, overseeing compliance and risk management initiatives.
