Mental Health Counseling Intern
Holding space for run-on sentences, emotional floods and ebbs, and stories still unfolding.
Personal Approach
As a bilingual and bicultural clinician, I value holding space for the complexities of being human. Rooted in multicultural and relational approaches, I strive to meet you where you are while honoring your cultural and emotional realities. My style is collaborative and gentle, creating a space where your story can unfold authentically—and with the depth and room it deserves.
Professional Background
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across the lifespan through roles in crisis counseling, care coordination, and behavioral therapy. Much of my work has focused on marginalized communities navigating anxiety, depression, developmental disorders, relational challenges, and cultural/life transitions. These experiences continue to shape my commitment to culturally responsive care, rooted in humility, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story.
