Licensed Mental Health Counselor
I believe that we all have the potential to live authentic and full lives. We each have the power to ground ourselves, reconnect with others, and give ourselves compassion.
Personal Approach
I strive to offer a safe space to be curious together about patterns that impact your well-being. Through exploring ourselves and our relationships, we can heal unhealthy patterns and develop positive coping mechanisms to foster a more hopeful worldview. I encourage my clients to process feelings around intersections of identity and am grateful for the spaces we create together that support your growth.
Professional Background
I have experience working with individuals dealing with life transitions, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, LGBTQ issues, grief, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I have experience working with clients with disabilities and chronic illness and understand the unique impact of disability. I draw from an eclectic blend of person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and contemplative techniques to meet my client’s needs.
