I approach therapy as a collaborative, supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I draw from person-centered, humanistic, and CBT-informed approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, patterns, and values. My goal is to meet each client with warmth, curiosity, and honesty as we work toward meaningful growth.
I am currently pursuing my M.S.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Miami, where I also earned my B.A. in Psychology with minors in Human and Social Development and American Sign Language. My background includes experience in research and counseling coursework focused on assessment, multicultural counseling, group work, and therapeutic skills.
