“The past exists for each of us only as we constitute it in the present against the horizon of the future”. Irvin Yalom & Molyn Leszcz.

Personal Approach

I honor the complexity and uniqueness of each person. In our work together, I will help you understand yourself and uncover your inherent strength and worth. Rooted in person-centered therapy, my approach weaves in psychodynamic, narrative, and behavioral perspectives, complemented by mindfulness practices. I deeply care about the client–therapist relationship and prioritize the safety of our shared space as a foundation for healing and growth.

Professional Background

I have experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, where I supported clients in individual and group therapy. My work allowed me to connect with people from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds as they navigated depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use, as well as life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I am deeply committed to trauma-informed care that emphasizes safety, empowerment, and unwavering support.
