Personal Approach
I strive to create an environment that fosters healing and hope. Grounded in relational work, I empower and honor my client’s narrative utilizing a strengths-oriented approach consisting of humanistic and psychodynamic interventions. I also acknowledge and prioritize the power of humanness in the therapeutic relationship. Through warmth and empathy, I hope to join my clients in taking the steps to live their most authentic lives.
Professional Background
I specialize in working with youth and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and disordered eating. I also have experience working with attachment-related concerns, interpersonal difficulties, neurodivergent profiles, and life’s general day-to-day challenges. I’m passionate about creating space for young people to feel seen and heard while empowering them to become their own best friend.
