Therapy isn’t just about talking; sometimes you need to swear, shake it out, cry, or even doodle. As a queer-affirming, social justice-driven clinician, I’m all about creating a space where you can truly be yourself—no judgment, just openness and understanding. Laughter can be healing, and sometimes life’s harsh realities need a little humor. Together, we'll create goals at a comfortable pace for you.
I specialize in supporting young adults with identity formation and self-acceptance. Additionally, assisting individuals across the lifespan managing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and life’s challenges. Utilizing my background in applied physiology, I incorporate mindfulness to enhance awareness and well-being. My approach is grounded in multicultural competence, blending Feminist Theory, REBT, and CBT to empower clients, fostering meaningful cognitive and behavioral change while honoring each person’s unique experience.
