Mental Health Counselor
Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. - Fred Rogers
Personal Approach
With a collaborative and affirming approach to therapy, my practice is grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for continuous growth and self-discovery. Using compassion and authenticity, I draw from a variety of therapeutic influences including person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and narrative approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
Professional Background
Before beginning my counseling psychology training, I spent a decade working in the corporate world. My many formative career experiences contributed to my interest in mental health and motivated my career transition. My clinical interests include career counseling & life transitions, anxiety & stress management, self-compassion & self-care, relationships & intimacy, and perinatal mental health.
