My therapeutic approach is collaborative, recognizing the client as the expert on their own life and experiences. I utilize a range of clinical techniques and modalities tailored to individual needs, and believe in combining compassion, humor, and transparency to create a safe and supportive environment. I aim to empower clients and normalize discussions around taboo or hesitant topics.
My expertise lies in PTSD, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also specialize in working with first-generation migrants, addressing cultural challenges, independence, and mental health. Additionally, I have experience with the juvenile justice and child welfare systems.
