In my holistic approach, I consider the whole person and their world to create an individual approach for each client. Using a range of psychotherapeutic modalities, I aim to foster a safe and productive space for collaboration toward my clients' specific goals. I have a person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and work to support my clients in managing life challenges and working towards growth and understanding.
I’ve worked with individuals from a variety of racial, gender, sexuality, and identity backgrounds. Together, we have worked through anxiety, depression, interpersonal, and trauma-based challenges. I have worked in restaurant kitchens and the fine arts and continue to engage with these communities. My goal is to continually grow as a clinician alongside my clients in order to better support the work we do together.
