Driven by a deep interest in individual experiences, I prioritize building strong rapport and relational connection with clients. I offer a trauma-informed, affirming space to explore identity, process emotions, and set meaningful goals. My style is warm, curious, nonjudgmental, and often humorous. I support people in feeling seen, empowered, and more connected to their authentic selves as they navigate life’s challenges.
My clinical experience is primarily with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and challenges associated with autism and ADHD. I have worked with clients struggling with grief, life and career transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues. As a queer therapist, I bring lived experiences and cultural humility to my practice. I affirm and welcome clients from neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+, kink, polyamorous, and sex work communities.

What are the words you live by?

A.

“Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone.” – Lisa Olivera
