Grounded in psychodynamic, relational-cultural, and person-centered approaches, I create a warm, collaborative space where you feel seen and welcomed without judgment. I approach our work with curiosity and care, honoring the complexity of your lived experiences shaped by culture, identity, relationships, and the world around you. I believe growth takes many forms and emphasize self-compassion and kindness as part of your personal journey.
I’ve supported clients managing depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, eating disorders, relational challenges, self-esteem and identity concerns, and life transitions, as well as those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. My previous roles across therapeutic and care coordination settings have informed my commitment to culturally responsive care that emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and respecting each client’s unique context.
