Through my experience focused on a Person Centered and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approaches, I have developed a keen skillset which affords a unique, tailored approach for each client. I've had the privilege to work with a diverse clientele from children to families, experiencing a range of diagnoses such as: anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I am devoted to providing a unique and authentic safe space for all.
